Anna E. Byrne
Anna has been a trusted advisor to clients for over 25 years.
She has served as an attorney and a financial advisor to hundreds of clients. Through personal and professional experience, Anna understands that life is unpredictable.
She became a widow at 28, and over the years, recovered and grew despite the adversity and emotional devastation she had experienced. Her journey has taught her about the kind of relationship clients need in times of transition and stress. She offers her clients guidance and a strong shoulder to lean on.
As a lawyer, Anna founded Eckert Byrne LLC, a life and legacy planning law firm, out of a desire to create estate plans that encompass more than just the transfer of tangible assets. She also founded Kendall Wealth LLC, an independent Registered Investment Advisor that offers planning and investment management services.
Anna’s goal is to help her clients express and pass along their values, not just their assets, with the lowest expense and tax impact possible in order to create a true legacy.
Anna is a member of the Massachusetts and New York bars. She was honored by Lawyers Weekly as a Top Woman of Law in Massachusetts in 2014, and was named a Super Lawyer™ by Thomson Reuters from 2015 to present.
In 2016, Anna published the book, A Widow’s Guide, to help women who have lost a spouse through their first year. In 2021, Anna published her second book, The Inheritor’s Guide, which is a manual for anyone who has lost a parent and wants to gain an understanding of the step-by-step process of transitioning wealth from one generation to the next.
